- Shipping region and delivery time
Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Germany, covering the European Union and major countries around the world (some remote areas may be restricted).
Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (customized products or promotion periods may be extended).
Logistics partners: International express delivery services such as DHL and Hermes. The specific carrier is automatically matched by the order destination. - Delivery timeliness and tracking
Standard delivery: Within Europe, it usually takes 5 to 10 working days for delivery; in other regions, it takes 10 to 25 working days (customs clearance time may affect the delivery time).
Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the express delivery. You can check the status of the package in real time through the official website of the carrier. - Freight calculation
Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the order weight and destination (preview of the checkout page).
Free shipping policy: Free shipping for orders over €50 within Germany and over €80 within the European Union (for specific countries, please refer to the settlement page). - Customs and Taxes
Within the European Union: All orders include value-added tax (VAT), with no additional taxes.
Non-eu regions: Tariffs or import duties may be incurred and borne by the recipient (it is recommended to check local policies in advance). - Delayed or lost packages
If the package is not delivered within the expected time limit, please contact us at sedform@dorakitchenware.com with the order number and logistics tracking number. We will assist in verification or initiate the claim process. - Return and Address modification
