  1. Scope of policy application
    All sold tableware and kitchenware items (such as knives, cookware, baking tools, etc.) are final sales and do not support returns, exchanges or refunds.
    This policy applies to any reasons (including but not limited to subjective preferences, dimensional errors, minor process differences, etc.).
  2. Explanation of Exceptional cases
    If the goods you receive have the following problems, please provide photo/video evidence to the customer service email [sedform@dorakitchenware.com] within 48 hours after signing for receipt, and we will negotiate a solution for you:
    Severe damage caused by transportation (proof of damage to unopened packages is required)
    There is a significant discrepancy between the product and the website description (such as differences in material or function).

    Please confirm before placing an order: Please carefully check the size and material descriptions on the product detail page. If you have any questions, please contact customer service for confirmation.
    Inspection obligation: Please inspect the appearance of the package on the spot when signing for it. If the outer box is found to be damaged, you can refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.
